Shipping policy

Preorder Items: Our products are mostly offered on a preorder basis and are produced specifically for each release. Production and fulfillment may take approximately 6–9 weeks after the preorder period ends. This is an estimate and production timelines may change.

We will provide weekly production updates, including visual updates when available, through our Instagram so customers can follow the progress of their orders.

Shipping: Once inventory arrives at our U.S. fulfillment location, we aim to process and ship orders within 1 business day. Orders will then be delivered according to the standard shipping service selected or provided at checkout.

Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.
