Due to the limited and custom-made nature of our products, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

Please carefully review the product description and sizing information before placing your order.

Preorder Size Changes: If your order is part of a preorder, size changes may be requested before bulk production begins. Once bulk production has started, sizes cannot be changed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders: If we made a mistake with your order, received an incorrect item, or your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly. We may request photos and an unboxing video showing the issue. Once verified, we will make it right through a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
